Mental Health Awareness Month Interview

5/3/2021

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  I could not think of a more important time to talk about the importance of mental health than a year into this pandemic.  In today’s post, I interview my friend and colleague Kim Garnon.  She is a counselor in Erie, Pennsylvania.  During the interview, we talk all things mental health.

My one ask for this week’s post, in particular, is that after watching this video, you share it with someone!  Please share with a friend who may be struggling with their mental health.  Or maybe a family member that may need to hear this message.

I hope you all enjoy and as always if you have any questions please let me know!
